Custom Configurations
While we don't mandate the use of Recommended Hardware Configurations, we strongly recommend them due to their extensively tested and proven reliability while offering maximum performance.
You may prefer to use custom hardware configurations, but following configurations that are similar to our recommendations can improve your experience.
However, if an issue cannot be reproduced on our Recommended System Configurations, it might be considered as Out of Scope. This means our R&D lab may not have the specific hardware you're using, which can affect the troubleshooting process.
Providing a Minimum System Requirement is prerequisite. To set an example, if you wish to use Reality 5 but your configuration lacks TPM 2.0 support, you cannot use the software. This is because it requires the Zero Density License Manager, which cannot be installed on a computer without TPM 2.0.
