Network Inspection

Configure the network so that there is nothing blocking the communication between the TrackBody and the Camera Tracking Computer. Ping the TrackBody to ensure communication is possible.

Physical Connections

Cables: Ensure all cables are securely connected and not damaged. Check both ends of the cable for proper connection.

Ports: Inspect TrackBody ports for any visible damage or debris that could interfere with the connection.

Power Supply

Ensure that both the track network and TrackBody are powered on and receiving adequate power. Check power indicators to confirm they are operational.

Network Configuration

IP Addressing: Verify that the IP addresses and subnet masks of the network devices (track network and camera) are correctly configured and do not conflict with each other.

Interference

Network Traffic: Ensure that the network isn’t overloaded with traffic, which could cause delays or disruptions.

Device Settings

Configuration: Verify that the settings on both the track network and track camera match the expected configurations for communication.

Firewall/Security: Check if any firewall or security settings might be blocking the communication between the devices.

Communication

Ping Test: Use a ping test to check if the devices can communicate with each other over the network. This can help identify if there is a connectivity issue.

Diagnostic Tools: Use network diagnostic tools or software provided by the manufacturer to check for any communication issues.
