Network Infrastructure

Track Network

If your production requires using a camera tracking, we strongly recommend isolating your track network from the house network since dedicated track network minimizes interference from other devices (streaming, downloads, etc.) and ensuring real-time, consistent tracking data with reduced latency and jitter. 1 GbE is recommended.

House Network

For house network, 10 GbE is recommended for faster caching of assets.

RDrive Setup

An RDrive setup is recommended for Reality Ecosystem. While there is no restriction to use local storage, we do not recommend it for real-time operations.
