Calibration Shapes

Calibration Shapes

Calibration shapes provide various visual markers that are used for Lens Calibration. The shapes can be placed into x/y/z coordinates in such a way that they overlap with spheres and circles in the physical world. This enables you to detect incorrectly calibrated lens parameters and correct them.

  • Circle: Used for lens calibration.
  • Quad: Used mainly for alignment of multiple tracking systems. One use case is to place a quad over a physical LED wall.
  • Cube: Used mainly for alignment of multiple tracking systems.
